1954 olds for sale

I am slightly revising my estimates based on my latest reported data point: s/n 18,9xx in 1946. Based on this information, the 15000-19000 s/n horns had to be made no later than 1946, which pushes many of these horns at least one year earlier than I had estimated previously.

Oldsmobile stylists revamped the F-85/Cutlass line for 1963. Four inches of added length and a new slab-sided appearance made the cars seem larger. The restyled '63's were still essentially first-generation models underneath. GM dropped its small aluminum V-8 program at the end 1963.

The early Cutlass models were amazingly roomy small cars and their lightweight V-8 provided impressive performance. Although historically significant, the 1962-63 Jetfires can be technically challenging.

The standards Les and his friends set up were a real challenge to any breeder. To be registered as a POA, strict guidelines were followed. The pony had to be between the height limits of 44 inches to 52 inches. The head was to be small and dished as the Arab; the body was to be muscled as the Quarter Horse; and the coloring had to be Appaloosa, visible at 40 feet. This was to be a breed for children to ride and show. Adults could only show the animals at halter or with a cart. So these equines must also be gentle and easy to train.

The seller states that all the chrome and trim parts are present and intact. Some buffing ought to clean up the stainless steel pretty well.
